T-Shirts/ Made To Order clothing

sometimes these things can happen as we cant quality check before we ship, if it does - please don't panic! follow the guidelines below and we will resolve any issues Always take a photo of the T-Shirt laid out flat with the print clearly visible to send us, regardless of the issue.

• Stain around front print - this can be from the transfer paper when printed, but it should come out within one wash. take a photo of the stain and email us BOTH photos - then you can pop it in the washing machine, if it doesn't come out - you will be entitled to a refund/replacement
• Missing/Incorrect/Damaged Print or sleeve text: email us a photo of the missing/damaged part and you will be entitled to a refund/replacement
• Sizing doesn't match past the 5cm leeway: although rare, sometimes the tshirts themselves get labelled incorrectly, take a photo of how the measurements dont match by using a tape measure and email it to us, you will be entitled to refund/replacement

I do quality check these myself however our business is run solely by ADHD individuals so we may not catch everything :') if any damage is present please pop us an email with images and description of the issue and you will be refunded or offered a replacement if you prefer!
