Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item. Custom items (e.g., personalized clothing or badges) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • To return an item:
    ✅ It must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
    ✅ You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or packing slip!)
    ✅ Contact us first at contact@iinsidemyhead.com before sending anything back

🚚 Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, you will need to cover return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives! If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 25 days of receiving it, and we’ll fix the issue.

Lost Parcels

📍 UK: A parcel is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived 10 days after the expected delivery date.
🌍 International: A parcel is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived 25 days after the expected delivery date.

💡 Tracked Items: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 6+ days, contact us ASAP so we can investigate.

🚫 Lost Parcel Exceptions: If tracking shows delivered with GPS location, we are not liable if you claim it hasn’t arrived.

Exchanges

Want a different item? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item once approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, the money will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

💳 Bank delays? If you don’t see the refund after 15 business days, email us at contact@iinsidemyhead.com.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse a package due to unexpected fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Customs processing may delay delivery times beyond our estimate. Check with your local customs office for details.
