Get ready to receive a box of goodies that will bring you comfort, coping mechanisms, distractions, and lots of smiles. Keep in mind that these images are just examples - each care package we make is unique!

Small: 1 A5 Print , Pack of 5 Grounding Cards and a surprise worksheet Donated by IInside My Head, Selection of Stickers Donated by FuzziesArtDesigns and PlutosTreasures or generic + a handwritten positive message

Medium: Every packages contains 1 A5 Print, Pack of Grounding Cards, 2 surprise worksheets, 1 Colouring Book or Self Care Zine, Selection of Stickers and a handwritten positive note

and then a random mix of atleast 5 of:

•  Herbal Tea Bags
• Grounding Keychain Donated By IInside my Head
• face mask
• 1 Small Crystal Donated by Smokey Incense
• Fidget related toy - could be bubbles, fidget spinner, glow stick, fidget ring etc

Large: Every packages contains 1 A5 Print, Pack of Grounding Cards, 3 surprise worksheets, 1 Colouring Book or Self Care Zine, Selection of Stickers and a handwritten positive note

and then a random mix of atleast 8 of:

• 2 Pukka Herbal Tea Bags
• 1 Large Bath Bomb
• 1 Small Crystal 
• 1 Crochet Friend (not a toy, or suitable for children under 14)
