Care Packages

Get ready to receive a box of goodies that will bring you comfort, coping mechanisms, distractions, and lots of smiles. Keep in mind that these images are just examples - each care package we make is unique!

Small: 1 A5 Print, 1 Pack of Grounding Cards, 1 Worksheet and a Selection of 3-5 stickers

Medium: Every packages contains 1 A5 Print, 1 Pack of Grounding Cards, 2 worksheets, 1 Colouring Book or Self Care Zine and a Selection of 3-5 Stickers.

and then a random mix of atleast 5 of:

• Herbal Tea Bags
• Grounding Keychain
• Face Mask
• Small Crystal 
• Communication Cards
• Fidget related toy - could be bubbles, fidget spinner, glow stick, fidget ring etc
• 1 pencil or pen
  
• Temporary Tattoos
  
• Small Notebook
• Mini positive prints

Large: Every packages contains 1 A5 Print, Pack of Grounding Cards, 3 worksheets, 1 Colouring Book or Self Care Zine, Selection of 3-5 Stickers and a crochet friend (UKCA safe!)

and then a random mix of atleast 8 of:

• Herbal Tea Bags
• Grounding Keychain
• Face Mask
• Small Crystal 
• Communication Cards
• Fidget related toy - could be bubbles, fidget spinner, glow stick, fidget ring etc
• 1 pencil or pen
