This listing includes two of our projects under our ''IInside We Care' Scheme:
💌 Free Care Packages and
🩹 Free Harm Reduction Toolkits

Both are designed to offer gentle, practical support for disabled, chronically ill, and neurodivergent people who may be struggling or in need of a little kindness.

Free Care Packages: Each care package includes a mystery selection of at least 5 of the following:

• 💬 Grounding cards
• 🧠 Colouring books
• 🌿 Herbal tea bags
• 💎 Tumblestone crystals

• ✨ Fidget toys stationery, bubbles, or glow sticks
• 💌 & other small comforting items

Each package is thoughtfully put together with love and lived experience — to remind you that you matter and you’re not alone.

Free Self-Harm Reduction Toolkits: Each toolkit includes a random selection of gentle, practical support items, such as

• 💬 Grounding cards
• 🎨 Small selection of temporary tattoos
• ❄️ 1 instant ice pack
• 🩷 2 elastic bands
• 🌟 1 glow stick
• 🖼️ 1 positive A5 print (varies)
• 💧 1 face mask
• 🩹 1 adhesive wound dressing
• 🧼 1 moist disinfectant wipe
• ✨ Small selection of plasters
• 💌 1 ‘You Deserve Recovery’ mini print with a list of healthy distractions

These kits are not intended to replace professional care — they’re gentle, harm-reduction-based tools to support safer coping and self-soothing.
