as part of IInside We Care, we now offer these self harm reduction/distraction tool kits. There is no shame in the way you chose to survive, but together lets find a safer and healthier way to continue.

Each ToolKit Includes a random selection of: grounding cards, small selection of temporary tattoos, 1 instant ice pack, 2 elastic bands, 1 glow stick, 1 positive A5 print (may vary) designed by Adelaide Saywell, 1 compressed face mask, 1 adhesive wound dressing,  1 moist disinfectant wipe,  small selection of plasters,  1 'you deserve recovery' mini print with a list of distractions

Packaged in our normal packaging and wrapped in tissue paper so no one will know whats inside, your safety is important to us in everyway.

free for UK customers, just pay postage internationally (due to frequency in returned to senders and higher fees, this is neccessary)

I do politely ask

- only request a free one if you genuinely cannot afford to pay here as they are limited each month, and only claim ONE

- do not leave any triggering details, trauma dump, or try to guilt trip me in anyway to do more than i am already offering

- checkout says 3-5 days, be patient if your dispatch time is slower than that (5-10) as this is a free service it isnt a priority over my paid customers.
